Nolan Lim is the founder and Managing Attorney of Nolan Lim Law Firm, PS, a Seattle-based practice dedicated exclusively to representing employees in workplace disputes. With more than 15 years of experience in employment and civil rights law, Nolan is known for securing significant results in both individual and class action cases.
He has led the firm to recover multi-million-dollar class action settlements in wage and hour litigation, including a $4.6 million recovery for workers and additional settlements in the $3 million and $1.5 million ranges involving unpaid wages and break violations. In single-plaintiff litigation, he has secured a jury verdict exceeding $1 million when accounting for combined damages, attorneys’ fees, and costs in a wrongful termination and disability discrimination case.
Before founding his firm in 2016, Nolan worked in civil rights enforcement and as in-house corporate counsel, giving him valuable insight into how employers evaluate and defend claims. He brings strategic focus, meticulous preparation, and trial readiness to every case, with a commitment to delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes for his clients.
