Personal Experience
Sarah Lee is Of Counsel and trial counsel at Nolan Lim Law Firm, P.S. A career trial attorney with more than two decades of courtroom experience, Sarah leads the firm’s trial practice and represents clients across Washington State in employment discrimination, hostile work environment, wrongful termination, civil rights, personal injury, and criminal defense matters.
With a proven record of successful verdicts on behalf of large municipalities, businesses, and individuals, Sarah has tried cases in Washington, Illinois, and New Mexico, and has arbitrated and mediated disputes across a wide range of civil matters. She serves as a court-appointed arbitrator in King County and Pierce County Superior Courts and as a privately appointed arbitrator and mediator. She also offers trial and jury selection consulting to attorneys navigating complex litigation.
Sarah‘s employment law practice is deepened by extensive public sector experience, including senior roles in municipal human resources and city government, where she led workplace investigations, labor negotiations, disability accommodations, and disciplinary proceedings. Her background representing port districts, municipalities, and private clients throughout Washington gives her a rare insider’s perspective on how employers operate — making her a formidable advocate for employees whose rights have been violated.
